At DripAfrika, we want you to wear your culture with confidence.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.
Please note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Items bought during a sale or promotion.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Custom-made or limited-edition pieces (unless faulty).
How to Request a Return
To start a return, send us a message via WhatsApp or email us at support@dripafrika.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- A short note explaining the issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm your request and provide the return address.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to the address provided in your approval email.
You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method (via Paystack or direct bank transfer).
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is posted).
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size or design.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@dripafrika.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
