We currently accept payments through Paystack, which supports mobile money and debit/credit cards.
All payments are processed securely via Paystack’s platform. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Ghana only.
Delivery times vary based on your location and will be communicated at checkout or via email after purchase.
We aim to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, or logistical issues).
In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed.
After registration, DripAfrika intends to expand delivery services internationally through DHL. Once implemented, updates will be reflected in this policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.
